"Fine Overall, Just a Little Hit or Miss"
I use iwantclips every now and then, it’s fine. Totally fine. I’m not annoyed or anything, but the pricing does feel kind of random sometimes. Some clips are worth what you pay, and then others are so short that you’re just sitting there like, okay, cool, great. Love that. There’s a lot to choose from, which is nice, but I do wish it was easier to figure out what’s actually a good value before buying. Overall, not bad, not amazing, just kind of depends on what you pick.

"Pretty Easy Sign-Up Overall"
I made an account on iwantclips today it was quick, nothing complicated or confusing. The form was simple, and the confirmation email showed up after about a minute or so. The only small thing was having to check a couple boxes, and the page loaded a little slow on my phone, not a huge deal, just mildly annoying. Overall though, registration went fine and I got into my account without any trouble. 4 stars from me.

"Good deals when the promos line up"
I mostly use iWantClips when there’s a sale or promo code, because paying a bit less just feels more responsible to me. The discounts can be solid, especially on bundles, and I like being able to support creators while still keeping my spending reasonable. Not every creator takes part in the promos, so sometimes the clips I’m interested in aren’t discounted, which is a little disappointing. But I’ve saved money a few times, checkout has been easy, and overall it feels like a fair setup. 4 stars from me.

I’m cautious about where I use my card online, so my standard is simple: checkout needs to feel secure and I don’t want any weird charges showing up later. This was totally fine for me. The payment went through smoothly, the email receipt came in quickly, and I haven’t seen anything suspicious afterward

"Good for niche stuff, even if search annoys me sometimes"
I mainly use iWantClips because it has a lot of niche content I have a hard time finding anywhere else. The search can be kind of hit or miss, and yeah, that gets frustrating. Like, I’ll be annoyed for a minute... then suddenly I’m like, okay never mind, there’s actually way more here than I expected. Overall, there are plenty of options, and it seems to get updated often.

"Paid on time, but communication could be better"
I’ve been paid on time every week so far, so I can’t complain about that part. No chasing anyone down and no weird delays, which is a relief. That said, I do sometimes feel a bit ignored when I have questions or need an update, so the communication side could definitely be better.

"Refund was a little slow, but it worked out"
I had a clip that wasn’t working properly, so I ended up asking for a refund. Support took a bit to get back to me, though to be fair I wasn’t exactly in a huge rush since I had other stuff going on and didn’t follow up right away either. Once they replied, they handled it fine and I got my money back. Timing could’ve been better, but it all got sorted without any real hassle.

"Communication with the creator could’ve been better"
I asked a creator a simple question and it took a while to get a response. When they finally replied, it came off kind of rude, which was frustrating. I also felt like I was getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, and that just made the whole thing more annoying. The site itself is fine, but the communication definitely left a bad impression.

"Pretty Reliable Streaming Overall"
Most days, the videos load fast for me. Like, I hit play and it just goes. No waiting around, no constant buffering. There were maybe one or two nights where it got a little laggy, kind of annoying, but not a regular thing. Overall, it’s been reliable for streaming.

I paid and the clip wasn’t showing up at first, which was frustrating honestly. I contacted support and they did get it sorted after a couple days, so thats good. Just wish it didn’t take that long cause waiting around was kinda annoying.

I use iWantClips from time to time, and to be fair, the downloads are usually available after I buy something, so that part hasn’t been a major issue. Most of the files open fine and I can save them without too much hassle. That said, the download page feels clunky. Sometimes it takes a while to load, or I end up having to refresh just to get things moving. It would be a lot better if everything was laid out more clearly. It’s not terrible, but for a paid site, I’d expect the experience to be smoother, and if these issues keep happening, some kind of credit or compensation would feel fair

"Good clips, but the categories need work"
There are a lot of different clips to choose from, which I do appreciate, and I did find some good stuff. But some of the categories feel messy and it can take a while to find what you’re looking for. I’d kind of expect at least an apology or some acknowledgment for how frustrating that can be.

I’ve used iwantclips a handful of times now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The site is easy to get around, and the menus make sense, which definitely gives me confidence when I’m browsing. Search works well when I already have an idea of what I’m looking for, and most of the time I can find what I need without much hassle. A few pages do feel a little crowded, and sometimes I end up clicking around more than I’d prefer, but it never feels confusing or frustrating. It’s a dependable site that does what it’s supposed to do. 4 stars from me.

I don’t know, the security just feels a little shaky to me. Maybe I’m being cautious, but I always worry about getting fooled or missing some red flag, and this didn’t really give me a lot of confidence
